No matter which plan you choose, with a loan from Red Brick Financial, LLC there are no seasoning issues or pre-payment penalties. Within the three loan programs offered, payment schedules, interest rates, and points will vary depending on the needs of the borrower and the merits of the project.

With each program, based on the borrowers credit score and the merits of the project, the points may be deferred to closing and taken out of the profits of the deal. Points will also be lowered along with the number of transactions we do together.
