to purchase in mind. To do business with Red Brick Financial, LLC you must have a legal entity, such as an LLC in place for us to loan on a project.

Select a Property
After borrower qualification is approved (usually in 48 hours),
locate a property, or properties you want to purchase and complete
the following forms to submit to our office.
• A signed contract
•
Project Financial and Itemized Work Summary
•
Loan Request Form
Red Brick Financial LLC will then review the project and the loan
which will best fit so that within 48 hours we can respond with
a firm offer. The spreadsheets
are great tools to estimate the viability of the project while showing
projected returns for you, the investor. Print out your results
and submit them with your application.
Closing
For your records, download the "Closing
Checklist" to confirm that all items are properly documented
and submitted to our office.
Other tasks you need to complete before closing include:
• obtain a hazard insurance policy
• provide termite clearance
• funds to close must be in the form of a
certified check
• copies of any enabling legal documents for
your corporation
• official government photo I.D.
